Please be informed that the submission of Research Project will be as follows:-

1. Students are required to send in the notification form* (this is necessary for the office to arrange the appointment of the examiners ahead of time) to the General Office (Postgraduate) before 10th May 2013.

2. For the submission in the current semester, the research project reports should be sent to the General Office (Postgraduate) before 31st May 2013 for the examination.

A candidate shall submit:

(a) Copy for examination:

(i) Four (4) printed copies bound in soft cover
(ii) One (1) softcopy

LATE REGISTRATION FOR COURSES

The above matter is referred.

Kindly be informed that the registration period for all courses has ended on 1st March 2013. Registration for any course(s) is not allowed after this period.

However, any candidate who wishes to register any course(s) can do so by submitting an appeal letter for late registration to the Institute of Graduate Studies through your course lecturer. Late registration of all course(s) must be done not later than 14 March 2013. Any appeal for late registration after this date will not be entertained.

Please note that candidates who have been given approval to register late must pay the relevant tuition fees together with a fine of RM200. Considering the appeals that we received over the week, it has been decided that the deadline for the submission of theses and dissertations for examination for postgraduate candidates (by Research mode) WITHOUT having to register for the current semester (Semester 2, 2012/2013 Academic Session), is extended to 29 March 2013 (Friday). Please be informed that they are NOT subjected to the new publication requirement.
